Dave followed up the triathlon with the Ingatestone 5 mile road race and came in with a time of 32.39, averaging 6.5mins a mile. Full result
Dave Spencer and Jim Leeming both did the Blackwater charity triathlon. Dave 35th out of 170 (98th in the swim, 9th on the bike and 35th on the run and Jim 57th overall - 48th on the swim (with a probable 2 extra lengths because the marshal miscounted!), 38th on the bike and 92nd on the run.
